Transworld Business Advisors, a leading securities consulting firm, has opened a new office serving Ontario and the surrounding vibrant Southern California communities. The franchise office is run by a dynamic couple, Jeff Konietzko and Jenna Roesch, who bring unparalleled expertise and passion to the region’s business community.

Transworld Business Advisors is a network of brokers that offers a standardized approach to buying and selling corporate and commercial real estate, ensuring maximum value for their clients. Transworld offers turnkey solutions to individuals who want to build a successful business while maintaining a fulfilling lifestyle. The company is part of the United Franchise Group® (UFG) family of related brands, offering access to a global network and decades of experience in the franchise industry.

Ontario will be the office’s primary focus due to its large market presence, but advisors will also work with clients in nearby Upland, Chino and Montclair.

“We are excited to welcome Transworld Business Advisors to Ontario,” says Jeff. “Our mission is to support local businesses and communities with a win/win/win approach. We help sellers sell their businesses for the highest price possible and position buyers to be successful, providing them with a vibrant business that they can make their own. We help businesses stay afloat, ensure beloved local icons remain part of the community, and ensure they don’t close when owners need an exit strategy. We believe that by leveraging Transworld’s proven system and dedication to our clients’ success, we can make a meaningful impact in our communities.”

Having lived in the Inland Empire since 1976 and with deep roots in the area, Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the distribution industry. He turned around a struggling franchise for another brand, was named Rookie Franchisee of the Year in his first year of business, and later sold it for four times his purchase price. He holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional.

Jenna has over 15 years of experience in residential real estate sales. She led her own team of agents in Austin, Texas for four years before returning to Southern California. A graduate of Caltech Pomona with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, Jenna is also a Certified Mindset Coach. For the past four years, she has been mentoring entrepreneurs through her own business, Elite Venture Solutions.

“My decision to join Transworld Business Advisors was born out of a shared belief in the power of entrepreneurship,” says Jenna. “Having started from scratch in both real estate and coaching, I know how challenging it is to build something from the ground up. This experience allows me to understand sellers who have invested years into their businesses and buyers who understand the benefits of acquiring an existing, thriving business rather than starting anew. I am excited to leverage the resources and support Transworld provides to help companies thrive and contribute to the economic growth of Ontario and its neighbouring regions.”

Jeff and Jenna’s commitment to their community is evident in their active involvement. The couple are partners not only in business but in life too. They plan to get married soon. They live in Rancho Cucamonga and spend much of their free time cheering on Jeff’s daughter Chloe’s wrestling and softball teams.
