A thief in a hilarious disguise stole a package from Omar Gabriel Muñoz’s front door in Sacramento, Calif., last week, but Muñoz’s doorbell camera revealed the whole story.
According to a report in the Washington Post, Surveillance camera footage A giant black trash bag peers out onto the porch, with a pair of legs sticking out from its bottom. The “bag” then snatches the luggage and disappears.
Munoz was initially angry, but found humor in the thieves’ creativity. He did not report it to the police because the stolen package contained only a cell phone charger worth about $10.

Muñoz was at work when he received a notification that the package had arrived. When he returned home, his luggage was gone. I thought it might have been blown away by the wind, but surveillance cameras revealed a strange truth.
“It was kind of funny in the end,” Munoz told The Washington Post. “I try to see the good in things. Life won’t go well if you only think about the negative.”
