Techstars Startup Weekend, a three-day event where founders spend a weekend building their Minimum Viable Product (MVP), announced that the Colombia Roadshow will begin on May 3 in Bucaramanga City.
After the weekend’s events, the organization will visit Cali at the end of May, followed by visits to Manizales, Bogota and Medellin. In addition to bringing together aspiring entrepreneurs, the organization will bring together some of the nation’s leading executives and entrepreneurs to serve as mentors and judges for the event.
Techstars Startup Weekend is the world’s largest pre-acceleration program, with over 7,000 versions held in over 150 countries.
The organization has been active in Colombia for more than 10 years and has held more than 20 editions across the country.
“This is an initiative that seeks to provide a gateway to digital-based entrepreneurship for more than 500 people from different regions of the country,” Julián Arango, organizer and facilitator of Techstars Startup Weekend, said in a statement. Stated.
