Waystar Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
Healthcare payments software maker Waystar Inc. said Thursday it raised $968 million in its initial public offering, pricing 45 million shares at $21.50 apiece.
The shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the symbol WAY on June 7. The offering is expected to close on June 10, subject to customary closing conditions.

Stock market moves significantly in after-hours trading
Here are the biggest movers in extended trading on Thursday:
- Vail Resorts — Shares fell more than 5% after the resort operator reported third-quarter earnings of $9.54 a share on revenue of $1.28 billion. LSEG said the results fell short of analysts’ expectations of $9.97 a share on revenue of $1.3 billion.
- DocuSign — E-signature company DocuSign lost 6%. DocuSign reported first-quarter adjusted earnings of 82 cents a share on revenue of $710 million. Analysts had expected earnings of 79 cents a share and revenue of $707 million, according to LSEG. DocuSign also authorized a $1 billion share buyback program.
- Braze — The customer engagement platform provider surged about 13% on better-than-expected results in the first quarter. LSEG said Braze reported an adjusted loss of 5 cents per share, while analysts had expected a loss of 10 cents per share. Revenue was $135 million, slightly above expectations of $132 million.

Stock futures open flat
Stock futures were little changed at the start of evening trading Thursday.
Futures tracking the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 13 points, or 0.03%, while S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures were flat, up 0.05% and 0.01%, respectively.
