Stock Market Live for Tuesday, July 2, 2024: After closing higher on Monday, the Sensex and Nifty indices are likely to maintain their upward momentum till Tuesday, according to GIFT Nifty.GIFT Nifty futures are showing a strong start at 24,259 levels, 53 points higher than Nifty 50 futures.
Across Asian markets, Japan’s Nikkei was flat, up 0.03%, while the broader Topix index rose 0.55%. In contrast, South Korea’s KOSPI fell 0.7%. Additionally, Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 edged down 0.11%, while Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index futures fell 0.28%.
DCX Systems: The company has received an order worth Rs 1,250 crore from L&T for manufacturing and supply of electronic modules. The order has to be executed over a period of three years.
Calisil: It is launching a QIP to raise capital. The reserve price is Rs 837.89, higher than Monday’s closing price. The company may offer a discount of up to 5% from the reserve price at its discretion.
NMDC: Total production in June was 3.37 MT from 3.48 MT last year. Total sales was 3.73 MT from 4.1 MT last year. Lump ore price was reduced by Rs 500 to Rs 5,950 per tonne. Fines price was also reduced by Rs 500 to Rs 5,110 per tonne.
