Sensormatic will demonstrate its cloud-based SaaS Shrink Analyzer application and Store Guest Behaviors solution powered by Computer Vision Analytics (CVA). The brand will also introduce new innovations designed to protect products and the environment. Cloud-based SaaS shrink analyzer application

The cloud-based SaaS Shrink Analyzer application is a flexible, purpose-built solution that helps retailers develop smarter, more effective loss prevention (LP) programs, reduce out-of-stocks, and enhance store operations. It is a dedicated application that is independent of inventory platforms.

Shrink Analyzer acts as an advanced data engine for the connected LP ecosystem, ingesting, aggregating, and analyzing item-level inventory and data from Sensormatic RFID exits to provide clear visibility into in-store losses.   • Highlight at-risk items and ORC activities. Shrink Analyzer’s analysis helps LP teams differentiate between ORC, mass theft events, and accidental theft events, providing insight into shrink anomalies and evolving patterns and trends.

  • Pinpoint vulnerable areas and displays. Shrink Analyzer synthesizes data from across store systems to provide item-level reports that include video evidence of where and when RFID-tagged items are lost. This data helps alert LP teams to security gaps that could leave products at risk.

  • Increase productivity for asset protection teams. Shrink Analyzer is designed for use by retailer investigation teams to easily and quickly compile digital evidence of theft events for use in potential prosecutions against ORC Group.

  • Optimize other operational areas. By combining EPC exit data with other retail system sources, Shrink Analyzer’s analytical capabilities can help reduce stock-outs and enhance replenishment. The solution also supports exporting data to third-party case management systems to improve workflow efficiency.

Store guest behavior analysis

Store Guest Behaviors, part of Sensormatic Solutions’ computer vision capabilities, uses artificial intelligence ( AI) solution.

Store Guest Behaviors uncovers rich, actionable shopper insights that retailers can use to help drive in-store sales through thoughtful strategy and layout within the retail environment. This is to increase the value of basic traffic analytics programs that use people counting, shopper behavior data, and behavior data to drive operational excellence and improve conversions.

  • Shopper’s path to purchase.
