A new Nevada-based real estate project led by Sean Bloom Investments has been announced.

Sean Bloom, a Las Vegas-based entrepreneur and CEO of Sean Bloom Investments, is investing in a new real estate development project that aims to see thousands of new housing units built in Nevada. We are proud to announce.
In a bold move to address the housing crisis, a 21-year-old entrepreneur aims to solve the problem by developing affordable apartment housing on a large scale.
“The affordable housing crisis, especially in Las Vegas, is extremely alarming. The fact that we’re short over 100,000 units is mind-boggling to me,” Shawn Bloom said in a recent Business Insider article. “Just the few thousand units we’re building would make us the largest workforce housing project in the United States.”
The total cost associated with the project is estimated at approximately $2 billion, Bloom said. Sean will work on the project with his father, real estate developer and investor Jay Bloom.
In a statement published in Business Insider, Sean Bloom said the project will provide much-needed housing while also bringing an influx of jobs in construction, remodeling, property management, landscaping and other fields. He said that it would be created.
“People want to work, but they need jobs,” Bloom stressed.
