Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – June 28, 2024) – Scryb Inc. (CSE: SCYB) (OTCQB: SCYRF) (FSE: EIY) (“Scryb” or the “Company”) The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Kitchen as a new Independent Director to the Board, effective 26 June 2024.

Over 25 years of executive and leadership experience, including at BMO Financial Group.1Kitchen is adept at building winning cultures and companies, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, business expansion and improved financial performance. He made significant contributions at BMO, leading a team of 1,300 people and managing multiple business units with combined annual revenues of over $5 billion. With decades of experience in payment technology products, fraud and financial services, Kitchen has a deep understanding of how to deliver major change initiatives, drive innovation and operate successfully.

At BMO, Mr. Kitchen developed and executed business strategy for a range of financial products, including lending and deposit products, and led the acquisition and integration of new businesses. Immediately following BMO, Mr. Kitchen served as CEO of an early stage organization where he led the growth of that business and the formation of a joint venture to enter the U.S. market.

“Kitchen has served on a variety of boards and advisors for financial and technology companies, including as a director at Moneris, Interac, and on various Mastercard advisory boards. The Company also announces that Sudhir Thomas and W. Clark Kent will be stepping down from their board of directors effective immediately.
