Schnuck Markets, Inc. launches SchnuckSpringboard, a diversely owned business accelerator designed to provide education, resources, and access to local, diversely owned businesses.
To apply for this program, offered in partnership with the nonprofit Mid-State Minority Supplier Development Council, business owners should visit: Schnucks.com/springboard Those accepted into the program will receive in-store product trials at select Schnucks stores, $5,000 in non-equity financing and business development classes at Schnucks’ St. Louis headquarters.
In 2020, Schnucks launched a comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion plan, Unity Is Power. Last year, ULSTL recognized Schnucks for civic leadership, which describes an effort to increase focused community support for organizations that promote racial equity, like the Urban League. This award was given in recognition of these efforts. Schnucks was recently named one of America’s Most Diverse Workplaces in 2024 by Newsweek magazine.
