Travel software provider Saber Corporation has signed a technology agreement with Saudi hospitality company Taiba Investments.
The signing of the agreement will take place at the Arabian Travel Market, Dubai’s B2B travel exhibition, which began on May 6 and will run until May 9, 2024.
The partnership includes the implementation of Saber Hospitality’s SynXis platform across Taiba Investments’ hotel brands, including Makarem and Nur.
SynXis Central Reservation System (CRS), a cloud-based commerce and distribution platform, allows hoteliers to control inventory and pricing while increasing visibility across various distribution channels.
Taiba Investments aims to improve its reservation process and strengthen its sales strategy by adopting Saber’s SynXis platform.
We hope that it will become a platform that can provide guests with enhanced services from the initial stage of reservation.
Hassan Ardab, Chief Hospitality Operations Officer, Taiba Investment Company, said: “Our partnership with Saber will strengthen our operational capabilities and introduce innovative solutions that enrich the guest experience. This is a testament to Taiba Investments’ strategic focus on redefining Saudi hospitality services.”
“We look forward to implementing SynXis CRS across our portfolio to complement our delivery strategy and ultimately deliver a more personalized and seamless experience for our customers.”
said Frank Trumpert, Senior Vice President and Global Managing Director of Community Sales for Saber Hospitality. Saudi market needs.
“This partnership represents a significant milestone in our continued efforts to revolutionize the hospitality industry with cutting-edge technology while integrating Saudi Arabia’s rich traditions and customs.”
Taiba Investments’ portfolio consists of 20 hotels, 13 residential properties and 6 commercial centers located across the country.
