Panot Capital manages an extensive real estate portfolio On behalf of a series of trusts.Expand real estate investment and customer relationships nationwide

Houston, April 3, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Real estate executives Aaron Iskowitz and Zane Said recently announced that they have joined Panot, a Houston-based real estate investment management firm with offices in California, New York, Ohio, and Rhode Island. Established Capital.

Formed in late 2023, Panot Capital was established to manage an extensive property portfolio on behalf of a range of trusts. The company plans to expand its investments and customer relationships nationwide, with a focus on real estate investment management and development.

Panot Capital was founded to create a data-driven, institutional-quality investment framework to manage family-owned portfolios that develop and own real estate projects focused on multifamily and mixed-use communities. Ta. Panot Capital manages real estate in eight states and 13 cities and oversees portfolio management, acquisitions, asset management and development activities.

About Aaron Iskowitz

Aaron Iskowitz previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Urban Smart Growth (USG), a real estate development and management company. During his 10-year tenure with the company, he managed all of his USG operations across the United States.

Prior to joining USG in 2013, Mr. Iskowitz was Vice President in Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group, Senior Associate at Carlton Group, and Project Manager/Project Manager at Woodmont Properties, a New Jersey-based regional real estate development company. He was a financial analyst.

Iskowitz graduated from Union University with a bachelor’s degree in business economics. He also earned a master’s degree in real estate with a concentration in finance and an advanced degree in cities and urban development from New York University.

About Zayn Said

Zain Sayed brings deep experience in investing and managing institutional commercial real estate capital. Previously, he served as Head of Portfolio and Asset Management at Parkway Properties, where he oversaw a $3 billion national office and mixed-use portfolio, including asset performance, investment strategy, recapitalizations, and dispositions. Additionally, Saeed managed the development of data-driven investment strategies to enhance investment decision-making and asset-level execution.

Prior to joining Parkway Properties, Mr. Syed was Head of Western U.S. Asset Management for Lionstone Investments, managing approximately $6 billion in value-add and core assets in Texas, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and California. Oversaw all asset management operations.

Mr. Said previously served as an asset manager for MetLife Investment Management, managing over $3.1 billion in joint venture real estate assets. Prior to his involvement in asset management, he was responsible for MetLife Life’s commercial mortgage portfolio, where he was responsible for portfolio management and valuation reviews for over $20 billion of mortgage loans.

Sayed holds a master’s degree in real estate from New York University, a master’s degree in data science from Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Georgetown University.

Sayed is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Technology and Real Estate Council (TREC).
