Hauskamp Collins Investments, a women-owned and operated financial advisor in the Quad Cities, today held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new building at 4500 East 56th Street in Davenport.
The move comes as the company moves from its current leased space (2209 Falcon Ave., Bettendorf) to a purpose-built facility that further strengthens the company’s commitment to providing exceptional service to its customers, according to a company release Friday. The moment marks an important milestone.

Construction on the new building, contracted by Busch Construction, began Monday and is expected to be completed within 10 to 12 months. Building design and development will be led by Busch Construction, ensuring a seamless process from groundbreaking to completion.
“Building a permanent home for our team is a critical juncture in our business journey,” said Heidi Hauskamp, founder and owner of Hauskamp Collins Investments. and expressed his enthusiasm for the project.
“This represents a special way in which we can show up for our communities, our employees and our customers, who we consider family,” she said. “This is also the culmination of a long-held dream of mine to have a space dedicated to supporting women’s economic futures and serving them and the people they love. Thank you to Bush and all of our many partners for giving us!”

AJ Loss, president of Bush Construction, said of the collaboration: “The new building will not only serve as a functional space for Hauskamp Collins, but will also serve as a testament to the company’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction,” said Ross.
The new building will be located across 53rd Street and less than a mile from our current location, providing easy access to customers on both the Iowa and Illinois sides of the Quad-Cities. The 5,300 square foot facility on 1.5 acres will include multiple advisor and staff offices to accommodate the growing team and expanding financial services offering.
The space also features comfortable meeting spaces and collaboration areas for staff.
The building’s look and feel has been carefully designed to complement Hauskamp’s personalized and comfortable approach to financial advice, according to a company release.
“We worked closely with Heidi and her team to develop a design that goes beyond a traditional office environment,” said Samir Kulkarni, design director at Busch Construction. “You can expect a home-like atmosphere that promotes comfort and relaxation, ensuring every client who walks through our doors feels welcomed and at ease.”

One of the key highlights of the new office is the introduction of a seminar room. In the comfortable space with large bay windows, Heidi and her team will host educational seminars on a variety of financial topics, the release states. This initiative emphasizes Hauskamp Collins’ core values of education, especially for underrepresented communities and women.
