Plant-based meal replacements offer consumers a comparable choice to existing whey proteins

The overall project will invest $5.4 million in the development, reformulation, and commercialization of three consumer protein products: modular, ready-to-mix, and ready-to-drink low-volume liquid proteins. EMN and Gruppo Nutrition will work with Ascenzia to optimize manufacturing processes and expand consumer products in current and new markets.
