NetArts Waterworks is pleased to announce the official launch of its website. NetArt Water Districtproviding timely service information and online bill payment capabilities for added convenience. Currently, our customers can pay their water bills by cash, check, ACH/bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
“As more people turn to technology for information and automated processing capabilities, the website provides an additional resource to keep customers informed of what’s going on within the district. The bill payment feature includes a link that takes customers to their account portal so they can make payments online. We’ve seen a great response from our customers to these recent additions.” – Debbie Hess, Office Manager
The district is grateful to the Special Districts of Oregon Association (SDAO) for sponsoring this project through their Internship Matching Grant program and connecting college students with local government. The district hired Logan Ratey part-time to continue working on the district’s modernization following the success of the grant project.
“We are excited to help modernize the water district, starting with a website and moving to a geographic information system, a type of web map to monitor the district’s assets. We thank the Special Districts Association for this exciting opportunity.” – Logan Ratey, Project Manager
The website allows customers to easily review their accounts, monitor usage, make payments and access district news.
“Implementing technology will not only bring the district into the 21st century and improve the customer experience, but we hope to attract the next generation of water industry workers.” – General Manager Tracy Bean
