Boston, June 12, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Natixis Investment Managers, LLC (NatixisIM) announced today that it will liquidate and close the Natixis Vaughan Nelson Mid-Cap ETF (NYSE: VNMC). The decision was made by the Board of Directors of Natixis ETF Trust II, upon the recommendation of the fund’s advisor, Natixis Advisors, LLC.

The liquidation proceeds are currently expected to be remitted to the Fund’s shareholders on or about July 30, 2024 (the Liquidation Date). The Fund will no longer accept orders to purchase Creation Units effective the close of business on July 25, 2024. The Fund is expected to cease trading on NYSE Arca after the market closes on July 25, 2024 and will thereafter be delisted.

In connection with a liquidation, any Fund shares outstanding on the Liquidation Date will be automatically terminated and canceled on the Liquidation Date. Shareholders who remain in the Fund through the Liquidation Date after payment of the Fund’s obligations (or setting aside for later payment) will receive a liquidation distribution based on the current net asset value of the Fund’s shares they hold at that time. The Fund may or may not pay one or more dividends or other distributions on the Liquidation Date prior to or concurrently with the liquidation payment, depending on the circumstances.

Fund shareholders may sell Fund shares on the NYSE Arca until the market closes on July 25, 2024 and may incur customary transaction fees from their broker-dealers in connection with such sales. Between the market close on July 25, 2024 and the Liquidation Date, it is expected that there will be no market for the purchase or sale of Fund shares. Between the market close on July 25, 2024 and the Liquidation Date, the Fund is in the process of closing down and liquidating its portfolio. This process will result in the Fund’s cash holdings increasing and, as a result, it will no longer be pursuing its investment objective.

For more information, Fund shareholders may call 1-800-458-7452.
