Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s youngest son, Anant Ambani, will be marrying Radhika Merchant, daughter of Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant, on July 12 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai. Ahead of the highly-anticipated event, the Ambani family has organised a number of pre-wedding celebrations for the couple. Images of the invitations shared by ANI reveal that the Indian business family is also planning another event – a mass wedding for the underprivileged in Palghar district of Maharashtra.
“As part of the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, a mass wedding ceremony for the underprivileged was held at Swami Vivekanand Vidya Mandir, Palghar on July 2 at 4.30 pm,” ANI reported.
A photo shared by the news agency shows the invitation against a red background. “As part of the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, a mass wedding for the underprivileged will be held at 4.30 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Swami Vivekanand Vidya Mandir Church, Wada, Palghar,” it said.
“Nita and Mukesh Ambani are contributing to this noble cause and will be celebrating the occasion with their families. We hope you all will join us to witness this festival of love,” it added.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations were indeed a star-studded affair. Their first event in Jamnagar was attended by dignitaries from across the world and featured performances from global stars like Rihanna.
The second event, a Mediterranean cruise, was just as spectacular. The 1,200-guest cruise featured performances by the Backstreet Boys, Katy Perry, and Pitbull, as well as a variety of exciting activities, including a masquerade ball and toga party.
