
Motorcyclist injured in collision with truck on 405 Freeway
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. (June 11, 2024) — A motorcycle and a tractor-trailer truck were involved in a traffic accident on Interstate 405 southbound at Warner Avenue on Tuesday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash occurred around 7:34 a.m. on June 11 in the Fountain Valley area of Orange County.

The motorcyclist reportedly collided with a United Rentals large trailer truck in the slow lane of the highway due to unknown circumstances.
After the accident, the truck driver stopped and the other four vehicles also stopped on the right shoulder of the road.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and rescued a male motorcyclist who had fallen in the slow traffic lane and sustained injuries, though they did not release his name.
Meanwhile, police have issued a SigAlert for lanes four, five and six of the highway.
Finally, investigators are working to determine who is responsible for a motorcycle accident on the 405 Freeway.
