Madison World subsidiary Madison Media announced that the company has promoted Vinay Hedge to chief executive officer of investments.
Hedge has more than 25 years of experience, having been with Madison Media for nearly eight years as Chief Purchasing Officer, previously spent more than 10 years at Mindshare Fulcrum where he was responsible for purchasing for the Unilever business, and previously worked at Starcom, HTA and Percept as well as Disney as Director of Revenue Strategy.
Vikram Sakhuja, group CEO, Madison Media and OOH, said: “Vinay is a long-standing and proven leader who has leveraged his deep understanding of the media sector and buying analytics to give us a significant buying advantage. As CEO, I have no doubt that under his leadership, Madison will deliver best-in-class returns on our clients’ media investments.”
