Louisville Celebrates Artists and Entrepreneurs with Intellectual Disabilities at Creative Connections Event

The Louisville Public Library, its Cultural Advisory Board and the nonprofit organization Celebrate EDU organized the weekend to celebrate artists and entrepreneurs with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Creative Connections event will be held June 15 at the library, 951 Spruce St. The Celebrate EDU pop-up market will feature a variety of craft workshops and meet-and-greets with featured artists and entrepreneurs, with more workshops and events planned for June 16.

Celebrate EDU is a nonprofit organization that aims to break down barriers to entrepreneurship for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
