Williamson Co. recently welcomed locally owned Amazing Lash Studio to the Brentwood business community with a ribbon cutting to mark the opening. For owner Scout Turner, the occasion marks a milestone in her entrepreneurial journey and paves the way for her to help women in the community become more confident.

“This is our fifth business and the first one we’ve built from the ground up,” Turner said at the ceremony June 25. She and her husband have bought all of their other small businesses, “so this is a new venture for us,” she said.

Turner, who has been an Amazing Lash customer for about six years, said her passion for the brand and the service she received inspired her to open her own Amazing Lash studio, with her longtime lash stylist and friend Caroline Gladden helping out as the new store manager.

“Caroline [this] “For me, we’ve been friends for six years and this has been a dream we’ve had together and I’m so proud to have her by my side,” Turner said. “I love this industry and I love working with clients and making women feel beautiful.”

With eight years of experience at Amazing Lash and eager to take the next step in his career, Bladden was the perfect partner to help the Turners successfully launch their first new business venture.

“I’m so grateful to have met Scout and Dylan along the way and that they dreamed with me and made it happen,” Braden said.

Amazing Lash Studio Brentwood’s six lash stylists currently offer high-quality lash extensions, lifts and tinting services, and will soon be adding brow services to their offerings, but Turner’s bigger goal is to make every woman who walks through her shop feel beautiful.

“We pride ourselves on customer service and want every woman who comes in to feel beautiful and happy with herself, and we want everyone to know that our team is committed to doing the same,” Turner said.

She hopes to give back to the community through her beauty services and set an example as a caring small business owner.

“One of the coolest things I’ve learned about this company and this business is they are proud to be part of the Brentwood business community and they give back to the community and support other small businesses,” said Nancy Conway, Williamson’s senior vice president of community relations.
