Bengaluru, July 17: Kanara Entrepreneurs (KE), a non-profit organisation that develops entrepreneurship, will be conducting its Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) in Bangalore on July 27.
The main objective of this initiative is to help young entrepreneurs and startup founders hone their skills, aspiring entrepreneurs learn and professionals and managers understand what it takes to be an entrepreneur.
It is a one-day program with a series of sessions on five most important and relevant topics – 1) Building a Great Team, 2) Digital Marketing, 3) Finance for Entrepreneurs & Leaders, 4) The Art of Sales, and 5) Raising Funds for Your Business. Participants will also have an opportunity to network and interact with the speakers, other participants and executives and key members of KE Bangalore, most of whom are industry leaders in their respective business verticals.
KE has invited six subject matter experts from the industry as speakers for this session: 1) Kiran Veigas (GM & Head Corporate Marketing & Communications, Happiest Minds), 2) Charles Gomes (CEO, CAD Pharma), 3) Rohit Fernandes (Co-founder & CEO, Brands of Bharat), 4) CA Jasmine Pinto (Co-founder & Partner, Finzcurve), 5) Sunil Attavar (Chairman & MD), 6) Pramod D’Souza (Co-founder, Eagle10 Ventures).
The program is open to everyone and Kanara Entrepreneurs members and their children who may take over their family businesses will receive a discount on the program fee.Final year students and soon to be graduating students from renowned business schools in Bangalore can also join the program at a 70% student discount to give an industry perspective to aspiring entrepreneurs.
