Monday night’s game between the Iowa Hawkeyes and LSU Tigers was great on the court, but the matchup also produced outstanding numbers off the court.
The University of Iowa made history with a 94-87 victory over LSU in the Elite Eight. The game was the most-watched game in women’s college basketball history, with 12.3 million viewers watching.
In a rematch of last year’s national championship game between LSU and Iowa, Caitlin Clark and the Hawkeyes defeated Kim Mulkey’s Tigers. Clark was unstoppable against LSU, posting a nearly 40-point triple-double. The Iowa native finished with an impressive 41 points, 12 assists and seven rebounds in one of the biggest moments of her career.
