Bengaluru residents are facing difficult times due to rising temperatures in the city. The city recorded a scorching temperature of 37.6 degrees Celsius on April 2, the highest in eight years and the third highest in the last 15 years, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
As temperatures rise, social media is flooded with Bengalurus sharing their trials and challenges due to the heatwave. A user on Reddit took up the r/bangalore handle on the platform and wrote: You’ll sweat even more than when you’re training at the gym. ”
