NEW YORK, April 1, 2024 (Globe Newswire) — Guggenheim Investments today announced that certain closed-end funds have declared distributions. The table below sets forth the distribution schedule for each closed-end fund (collectively, a “Fund” and each, a “Fund”).

The following dates apply to distribution:

† A portion of this distribution is presumed to be a return on capital rather than income. A final decision on the content of the distribution will be made at the end of the year.
