F1 Live Timing: Follow all the action at the Monaco Grand Prix
Red Bull, McLaren, Ferrari and Mercedes have all updated their cars in previous rounds, but now it’s time to introduce high-downforce packages for the 78-lap Monaco Grand Prix.
Since the outcome of Sunday’s Grand Prix is often decided by Saturday’s qualifying, this is also a time to check the pace and tension over the course of a lap.
This is great news for Max Verstappen, who is yet to lose a qualifying defeat at a Grand Prix this season, but not so good news for Mercedes, who are still struggling for single-lap pace.
However, there is a 40 percent chance of rain on Saturday and a lower 20 percent chance on Sunday, so anything can happen.
Charles Leclerc could break the Monaco curse and win at home!
