Emily Ratajkowski returned to her new favorite on Monday, strolling around New York City in black and white Puma Speedcat sneakers.
Ratajkowski wears high heels when she takes turns on the red carpet, but she’s better known for her off-duty street style. In recent years, she has revealed herself to be a sneakerhead and a leader in the field. Many of the sneakers she wears are made by Puma, including her two-tone Puma Palermo, which she wore to walk her dog a few weeks ago. This shoe features a thick gum sole and was first introduced as a soccer style in the 1980s.
In her latest sighting, the model and podcast host was spotted walking around New York City in a huddle.

Ratajkowski is wearing black and white OG Puma Speedcat sneakers. These shoes feature an ultra-low profile silhouette with almost no sole. PUMA’s trademark Swoosh is featured on the side, and the PUMA cat is featured on the toe.
Speedcat was originally designed for F1 drivers in 1998. At the time, they were second-hand items, so they were fireproof boots. A year later, it was released as a sleek sneaker for the masses with a thin rubber sole. Various color variations of the Speedcat are available now for $100.
