Aurora police have arrested the owner of a drug testing business after a woman said he sexually assaulted her after she provided a urine test sample. Investigators are now asking more potential victims to come forward.

Arben “Ben” Duca

Police arrested Arben “Ben” Duca, 60, on March 15 on a felony charge of unlawful sexual contact. A report filed by a woman in October said Duca sexually assaulted her at her business, Aurora Employment Testing. Last February, Duca changed its business name from Wiz Quiz Employment Testing, which it had been operating since March 2015.

During that investigation, sex crimes unit detectives discovered two additional reported incidents. Both incidents occurred between Duca and the female victim in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact by Duca after providing urine test samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duca with non-consensual and unwanted sexual touching and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors. The lawsuit was filed in October, around the same time the woman alleges she was recently assaulted, and is still pending.

If you would like to report something, call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference number AP23-202838.
