PTS Investment Holdings has entered into a strategic partnership with Borg El Arab University of Technology to launch a comprehensive digital platform offering a range of services to students and graduates of technology and technology education.
The US-based VC firm is partnering with the university to launch a digital platform, and the deal includes Kemtech Valley, a studio specializing in entrepreneurship aimed at supporting and promoting research outputs and graduation projects. It also includes the launch of BTU.
The initiative aims to support and accelerate research outputs and graduation projects while leveraging the expertise of university faculty and students. The ultimate goal is to turn these valuable resources into investment ventures, practical solutions, and industrial products that can be effectively marketed.
“Students will be trained and mentored by industry and entrepreneurship experts, with support from university professors, to develop initial models of innovative project ideas. By the end of the first phase, Students will submit their ideas to an expert panel of experts and industry experts,” said Maha Mandur, Group Managing Director, PTS Holdings.
Selected projects will be selected for sponsorship and support from Kemtech Valley, a studio specializing in entrepreneurship.
