This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Tecarenan Challenge, an annual entrepreneurship competition. This is a milestone that highlights his decade of demonstrating Nordic entrepreneurship and innovation.
Over the years, thousands of Nordic companies have applied and hundreds of prominent startups and scale-ups have taken part in the competition, showcasing their innovative solutions and services to a wide audience.

Now accepting applications for 2024
To celebrate this milestone, Techarenan is now accepting applications for the 2024 edition of the Techarenan Challenge.
The application phase will be open until May 8th. After the first selection round, expert judges will evaluate the entries based on several criteria. In the end, 24 final companies will be selected to take part in the competition, which will be held during the Political Week in Almedalen, Visby from 26 to 28 June.
Companies pitch live in front of a panel of prominent investors and entrepreneurs. Finalists will compete for six awards, including the main prize, Startup Company of the Year and Growth Company of the Year.
Travel and accommodation costs are included, and the finalists will be able to present their company at a technology exhibition in Tecarenan, Almedalen.
Launchpad for success
The Tecarenan Challenge has been the starting point for many success stories. Previous winners include digital healthcare platform Min Doktor, global biotech company BICO, solar cell manufacturer Exeger, food waste management company Too Good To Go, and cancer treatment medical technology company Multi4 Medical. .
