Syracuse University Library’s Blackstone Launchpad will celebrate National Entrepreneurship Week from Feb. 10-17 with events for the university and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry communities.

Syracuse University Library’s Blackstone Launchpad will celebrate National Entrepreneurship Week from February 10-17.
The Blackstone LaunchPad Entrepreneurship Book Collection is a crowdsourced list of books on topics related to innovation and entrepreneurship, including both print and e-books on topics such as autobiographies and biographies, creativity, design, empowerment, patent and business law financing, history and economics, leadership and teams, marketing, social entrepreneurship, strategy and planning, technology and data, and more.
- On February 12th at 9am, Anthony Pope and Jordan Davis of New York Life will host a workshop called “How Small Businesses Can Build Generational Wealth.”
- On Feb. 13 at 9 a.m., alumni Luke Cooper, managing partner at Latimer Ventures, and Kevin Whittaker, chief legal and compliance officer at Ripcord, will host an “Ask Me Anything” workshop on “Venture Capital and Investor Readiness.”
- On February 14th from 10am to 1pm, LaunchPad will host a “speed dating” event to match students’ venture opportunities with the skills of other students – an opportunity to meet staff and other LaunchPad students, learn about their ventures and find potential business partners.
- On February 16th at 3pm, LaunchPad Innovator-in-Residence Sai Bolla ’23 will host a workshop at LaunchPad on “The Importance of Product Analytics for Competitive Edge.”
- Resources and toolkits are available to help entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life.
- Student entrepreneurs on LaunchPad (participation is free) will have access to one-on-one advising sessions and consultation from alumni and peer mentors throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
