NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Connecticut Morning Buzz hosts Alyssa and Natasha Rabchenko We teamed up in the studio kitchen to create delicious BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders with Summer Slaw.

Ingredients for coleslaw
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 (10 oz) package veggie coleslaw (green cabbage, red cabbage, broccoli, carrots)
Slider material
- Slider Buns (12 pieces)
- 3 cups cooked pulled pork
- coleslaw, (Recipe above)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons BBQ dry rub

For the coleslaw:
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a large bowl.
Onion powder and sea salt. Add the mixed vegetables to the dressing. Mix everything together.
Mix the dressing until it is completely combined.

For sliders
- Combine the BBQ sauce and pulled pork in a bowl. Mix until the pulled pork is evenly distributed.
It is smeared with BBQ sauce. - Cut slider buns in half, remove tops of buns and set aside.
Tip: Toast the buns before adding the pork to the bottom half. - Place your desired amount of pulled pork on the bottom bun.
BBQ Dry Rub.Add a spoonful of coleslaw and replace top. - enjoy!
