The three women allege that the owner of the drug testing company locked them in a room and tried to kiss them after they provided their samples.
AURORA, Colo. — Three different women allege that the owner of an Aurora drug testing company sexually assaulted them when he visited the business to conduct drug tests, according to arrest affidavits.
Arben “Ben” Duca, 60, was arrested March 15 in connection with one of the assaults. He was later charged in a second incident.
A woman reported on Oct. 26 that she was assaulted at her business, Aurora Employment Testing, located at 1701 Chambers Road, Suite E, according to an arrest affidavit from the Aurora Police Department. She claimed that she went to her store to take her drug test. And while she was providing a urine sample, a business owner, later identified as Duca, entered the bathroom with her and said he needed to see her provide a sample, she said. the affidavit states.
She told Mr. Duca that it made her uncomfortable and said that Mr. Duca approached her and tried to pull down her pants. She said Duca then tried to lock her in her room, claiming he had to “examine her,” according to her affidavit.
The victim said Duca hugged her, asked her if she was single, and told her to call her before leaving the house if she wanted to go on a date.

When police contacted Duca, they suspected she had provided a “fake sample” because the woman provided a different container, the affidavit said. He explained that if he suspects a fake urine sample has been provided, he will take the person to a separate room to take her oral swab.
The man claimed he had done this to the woman, but the woman became agitated and refused the oral sample, claiming he was trying to “ruin” her, according to the affidavit. He reportedly left the store. Asked if she ever stayed in the bathroom when a sample was given, she said Duca always waited outside.

While investigating her case, police noted that Duca’s company had received two calls so far.
One of the other victims reported on Oct. 10 that Duca sexually assaulted her after she provided a urine sample, according to the affidavit. Investigators noted that the allegations in her report were very similar to the latest incident.
She claimed Duca insisted on watching her give the samples and locked her in a room after giving her the receipt, according to the affidavit.
The woman said Duca kissed her against her will during the assault. Duca said she received a call from her sister during the attack and was surprised when her cell phone rang. Investigators noticed that the timestamp on her receipt was 1:32 p.m., and that she missed a call at 1:39 p.m.
When Mr. Duca was later asked about the woman’s visit, he said nothing “special” happened during the appointment and that the woman had been there for less than 10 minutes.
In the third incident, a woman reported that after Duca provided a sample, Duca tried to block her from leaving and that Duca hugged her and tried to kiss her on the lips.
