Ohana, a sublease platform targeting investment property owners who previously relied on Airbnb, has raised $3 million in seed funding led by Wave Capital. Ohana was founded in 2022 by Ezra Gershanok and Jacob Ian Halbert.

Cortex Fusion Systems – $1.8 million
Cortex Fusion Systems, a pioneer in in situ nuclear fusion for power generation, has raised $1.8 million in funding, according to a recent SEC filing. The round came from three investors, with Elementum Ventures’ Kurt Keilhacker on the board, according to the filing. Founded in 2021 by Jacob Levitt, Cortex Fusion Systems has reportedly raised a total of $2.6 million in equity funding to date.
