Baker Hughes has won an order from Black & Veatch to supply electric liquefaction technology, including centrifugal pumps, to Canada’s Cedar LNG.
The turbomachinery equipment range consists of four electrically driven main refrigeration compressors, two electrically driven boil-off gas compressors and six centrifugal pumps. Utilizing renewable electricity, Cedar LNG will be one of the lowest carbon intensity LNG facilities in the world.
