Westchester County’s Element 46 Tech Accelerator Powered by Cela program has selected 11 technology-based startups in the county to participate in cutting-edge education and mentorship designed to help them grow. “Powered by Cela” refers to Cela Innovation, an education management company working with the county with the goal of expanding the accelerator model within the technology industry.
The program matches company representatives with mentors who are leaders in technology, finance, business strategy, venture capital, marketing, and other key areas. Participants will also learn about fundraising, customer development, business management, product iteration, branding, marketing, and more.

- Cons in New Rochelle is a personal concierge service and travel planning platform that combines artificial and human intelligence to help visitors save time during the travel planning process. Testing is underway in the New York City market with more than 1,000 paying customers.
