U.S. stock indexes ended mixed on Wednesday.


Nasdaq Composite Index

It increased by 0.88%.


S&P 500 Index

Increased by 0.51%,


Dow

It decreased by 0.06%.

Among companies with market capitalizations over $10 billion, Sirius XM Holdings (SIRI) was the biggest leader, rising 13.87% during the session, while First Solar (FSLR) rose 6.63%. Tesla (TSLA) was the top three leader, with its shares increasing 6.54% on Wednesday.

Insmed Inc. (INSM) shares were the biggest loser, dropping 3.88%, followed by Constellation Brands Inc. Cl A (STZ) shares, which fell 3.31%. Humana Inc. (HUM) shares fell 3.19%.

In commodity news, Brent crude oil futures fell 0.17%, while gold futures rose 1.30%.
