Ernst & Young LLP (EY) has officially opened applications for the EY Entrepreneurs Access Network (EAN) class of 2025, aiming to provide Black and Hispanic entrepreneurs with the tools they need to scale and grow their businesses.
Since the launch of EAN in 2019, EY has been supporting the impact Black and Hispanic/Latino-owned businesses have in their local communities and the U.S. economy as a whole. According to EY Website.
Black entrepreneurs and Hispanic/Latinx entrepreneurs have already made a name for themselves, generating more than $183 billion and $800 billion in revenue, respectively. However, there are several obstacles that prevent them from reaching their full potential.
That’s why EY wants to close the access and resource gap for ethnic minorities throughout their entrepreneurial journey, and the EAN Installment for 2025 is another step in helping them grow their businesses.
“Black and Hispanic/Latinx entrepreneurs are the unsung heroes of our nation’s economy,” said Nitto Rieder, EY EAN program director, in a statement. “At EAN, we don’t just imagine a world where barriers don’t exist — we’re creating it. If you’re ready to scale your business and increase your impact, let’s make it happen together.”
Program participants will have access to the EY entrepreneurial ecosystem through personalized coaching, a tailored curriculum and a community of innovative entrepreneurs. Participants will receive the impactful skills and resources they need to take their business ideas to the next level, EY said.
Additionally, EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year program and the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women community provide participants with support and access to a host of investors and industry leaders.
To date, EAN has helped nearly 300 CEOs and founders “raise $51 million in capital and support over $600 million in new deals and services.”
The EAN 2025 Accelerator Program is accepting applications until August 30th.
