Ofer Malls plans to invest NIS 10 million in the upgrade and renewal of Ofer Hadera Mall.
The current retail mix will be restructured to accommodate prestigious local and international brands at the mall, including the Kenneth Cole brand’s Mashville flagship store, which will open with an estimated investment of around NIS 500,000.
The branch covers an area of ​​approximately 80 square metres and includes departments for all genders with a wide range of high-quality fashion and footwear details.
Also, with an investment of about NIS 400,000, a branch of the Happenings chain will open this week, covering an area of ​​90 square metres and selling a range of gifts, toys, gadgets, pop products, games, dolls and more.

In addition, with an investment of approximately NIS 3 million, a 570-square-meter Agalease branch will be opened. Agalease is a discount franchise that offers premium products for babies and children. The store will sell a wide range of products, including strollers, birthing kits, car seats, dining chairs, nursing supplies, baby baths, and more.
Other new stores include fashion chains Matim Li, Food Appeal and Vernon.
In addition, significant investments of over NIS 2 million have led to the opening of two free play areas for young children and the refurbishment and improvement of toilets on the second floor of the shopping mall.
