In X’s post, the poster slammed the Tata-owned airline for delays and unsanitary aircraft.
Pune-based writer Aditya Kondawar has vowed never to fly with Air India or Air India Express again after his recent experience on an Air India flight from Bengaluru to Pune. In a post on X, Kondawar said he would rather ride in a “bull cart” than an Air India flight, highlighting that the flight stank and had dirty seats. Passengers’ experience was made worse by the flight being delayed for over three hours.
“Dear @AirIndiaX, Thank you for teaching me a valuable lesson last night. I take it to heart. I will never fly Air India Express or Air India again. I will pay 100% extra if necessary but stick with an on-time airline (only 2 other options),” Kondawar wrote to X.

My day yesterday started at 1.50am from Pune to BLR, walking through a large factory and sitting and listening to multiple interactions with management,” he wrote.
“I have enormous respect for the Tata Group and its leaders and I expect perfection from them at all times but frankly this is a disaster!” he added.
