Rising Star

Indus Towers: Vodafone Group is likely to sell around 9.94 per cent stake in telecom tower operator Indus Towers Ltd in one or more tranches on the exchanges through a share sale on Wednesday.The telco may sell 26.8 crore shares worth Rs 9,138.8 crore at a price of Rs 310-341 per share, according to a term sheet accessed by NDTV Profit.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises: CFO Rohit Kumar Gupta has stepped down due to personal reasons. The company has appointed Mukund Galgali as Acting CFO.

Gland Pharma: Fosun to sell 5% stake in the company through a bulk deal. Fosun Pharma is offering 8.2 million shares in the company at a floor price of Rs 1,750 per share.

Craftsman Automation: The board has approved raising funds up to Rs 1,200 crore through QIP.

Tata Technologies: The company collaborated with Microsoft and Tata Motors on the InnoVent hackathon for engineering students.

NMDC: The company has opened a new research and development centre in Hyderabad with an investment of Rs 500 crore.

Wipro: The company clarified that reports about a multi-million dollar deal with Standard Chartered Bank were based on rumours and were inaccurate.

Electronics Mart India: The company on June 18th inaugurated its new multi-brand store under the brand name ‘BAJAJ ELECTRONICS’ in Andhra Pradesh.

Bharat Forge: The company is investing an additional $40 million in Bharat Forge America.

IPO Offering

DEE Development Engineers: The company will invite bids for shares on Wednesday. The price has been set at Rs 193-203 per share. The Rs 4,180 crore IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of Rs 3,250 crore and the remaining offer for sale. The company has raised Rs 1,250 crore from anchor investors.

Akme Fintrade India: The company will invite bids for shares on Wednesday. The price band is Rs 114 to Rs 120 per share. The Rs 1,320 crore IPO is an entirely fresh issue. The company has raised Rs 376 crore from anchor investors.

Quickheal Technologies: Anupama Kailash Katkar bought 5.817 million shares (10.95%) at Rs 489 per share and Kailash Sahebrao Katkar sold 5.817 million shares (10.95%) at Rs 489 per share.

One 97 Communications: BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 5.85 million shares (0.09%) at Rs 425.05 per share while Marshall Wace Investment Strategies – Eureka Fund sold 5.85 million shares (0.09%) at Rs 425.05 per share.

Shriram Finance: BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 1.467 million shares (0.39%) at Rs 2,732.15 per share while Marshall Wace Investment Strategies – Eureka Fund sold 1.467 million shares (0.39%) at Rs 2,732.15 per share.

Bulk Purchase

Kalpataru Projects International: Kalpataru Constructions sold 8.695 million shares (5.35%) at Rs 1,153.99 per share, while Custody Bank of Japan Re RB Amundi India Small Cap Equity Mother Fund bought 9.1 million shares (0.56%) at Rs 1,150 per share.

Alkem Laboratories: Rajesh Kumar sold 1 lakh shares (0.83%) at Rs 4,950.22 per share and Rajeev Ranjan sold 1 lakh shares (0.83%) at Rs 4,950 per share.

One 97 Communication: Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte.- Odi sold 4.42 million shares (0.69%) at Rs 415.04 per share.

Agrotech Foods: Paris Washington India Master Fund sold 1,097,000 shares (4.5%) at Rs 666.28 per share, Paris Washington Investment Fund sold 4,87,000 shares (2%) at Rs 665.41 per share, Ohmcore Investment Corporation bought 5,94,000 shares (2.44%) at Rs 665.85 per share and Ohm Stockbrokers bought 1,31,000 shares (0.53%) at Rs 666.2 per share.

Amber Enterprises India: Ascent Investment Holdings sold 5 lakh shares (1.48%) at Rs 4,003.91 per share.

Protean eGov Technologies: Equity Intelligence India bought 2.95 lakh shares (0.73%) at Rs 1,199.5 per share.

DCX Systems: Raghavendra Rao Hosakote Shamarao sold 750,000 shares (0.77%) at Rs 358 per share.

Fiem Industries: Aanchal Jain sold 5 lakh shares (3.79%) at Rs 1,225.08 per share and Rahul Jain sold 5 lakh shares (3.79%) at Rs 1,225.21 per share.

Ideaforge Technology: Celesta Capital II Mauritius sold 3.57 lakh shares (0.85%) at Rs 768.08 per share.

Spandana Sphoorty Financial: Goldman Sachs Funds – Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio bought 1.034 million shares (1.45%) at Rs 760 per share, while Padmaja Gangireddy sold 1.4 million shares (1.96%) at Rs 760.28 per share.

TCNS Clothing: TA FDI Investors sold 1.34 million shares (2.11%) at Rs 550.42 per share.
