Senate Bill 83 would force teachers to stop teaching “uncomfortable” subjects such as truth.
They will be fired and criminally charged if they continue to tell people what happens to marginalized groups in America and around the world.
You can’t teach about German concentration camps without acknowledging the Japanese American internment camps during World War II or the peaceful black people whose homes and businesses were burned in the night during the Tulsa Race Massacre of 1921.

You can’t exterminate Native Americans on the Trail of Tears and teach them about the “concentration camps” known as Indian reservations that were created after the genocidal attempt to kill all Native Americans during the genocide.
I don’t think fascists have replaced the Republican Party.
I have been a Republican for all but 30 days of my voting life, and I don’t know where my Republican Party has gone.
I refuse to acknowledge that Lincoln’s party, to which most black people belonged, was working to liberate the oppressed.
I do not approve of the party of George H. W. Bush, who lost reelection because he realized the only way to stop America’s debt from growing was to raise taxes, and he put country before himself.
I do not approve of the fascist Trump party, which seeks to use revenge and military force to achieve its aims, including ignoring the electoral process.
In fact, it makes me sick just knowing that people would ignore the truth in order to follow a man who may become the world’s greatest dictator, greater than Putin, Stalin, Pol Pot, Maduro or Duterte.
Trump and his supporters will wipe out America as we know it.
This is the definition of fascism: promoting militaristic statism and contempt for electoral democracy (rule by elites) with political and cultural liberalism. Communism remains effective because it promotes the overarching idea that the Party knows best.
Everything comes from the party in the interest of the working class.
Everyone is a member of the working class, so if you are a patriot you follow the Party without question, if you don’t you will be jailed or executed.
America as we know it will disappear under Trump and his supporters. Don’t take my word for it. Google Trump and Hitler. The Atlantic magazine ran an article comparing Trump to Hitler.
Others see it too.
Scholars will be jailed. Journalists around the world who are desperate to tell the truth will be jailed. Christians who preach the love and freedom of Christ will be jailed.

The great theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer was hanged by the Nazis for preaching the truth of Christianity and that Hitler’s policies were incompatible with Christianity.
America has turned a blind eye to tyranny before
America also helped Hitler by accepting Hitler’s propaganda that he had not killed any Jews and by working with the government to hide the truth of the Holocaust from American leaders and citizens. America rejected Jewish refugee ships because immigrants were denigrated by nationalist governments for the need to preserve “American” blood.
American isolationism made it difficult for Roosevelt to enter World War II, so we supported Hitler. By the time America entered the war, at least half of the 6 million Jews had been killed.
Thanks to the United States’ sharing of the spoils of Germany’s Second World War spoils with Russia, German Christians were persecuted from 1933 to 1990, but the Berlin Wall fell and democracy returned to Germany. Germany is the birthplace of Martin Luther and the Protestant Reformation, which formed the basis of today’s Christian denominations, and is one of the denominations to which supporters of SB83 are likely to belong.
True patriots must speak up
We will be repeating the same thing under Trump and his supporters.
A true patriot in this country will speak out against Trump and the Republicans as best he can before they are jailed or executed. I am not an alarmist or conspiracy theorist, but I am an ignorant person as far as the signs go.
