In collaboration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Military and Family Readiness Center at Tinker Air Force Base, Tuesday, June 25, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST, at the Hill Conference Center, Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) Learn how to start your own business and what resources and tools will help you succeed. We cover all aspects of starting a business, from refining your business plan and protecting your brand and idea to market analysis and fundraising.
We welcome highly regarded professionals in the fields of business development and intellectual property (IP), as well as successful military spouse and veteran entrepreneurs.
In addition to a panel discussion on entrepreneurship, the workshop will also feature questions from the audience, a resource fair with exhibitors from entrepreneurial advocacy groups and 15-minute breakout sessions for one-on-one consultations with intellectual property experts from the Oklahoma State Bar.
There are limited spaces available for breakout sessions with IP experts from the Oklahoma State Bar. To reserve a spot, please email texasregionaloffice@uspto.gov.
This in-person event is free and open to military members, military spouses, retirees, veterans, military family members and Department of Defense (DOD) civilians.
