Christian A. Triantafilis is an immigration and real estate attorney with experience representing foreign nationals and immigrant investors in cross-border business immigration matters. He regularly works as an advisor for real estate developers and regional centers to facilitate EB-5 projects. Christian has extensive experience assisting foreign nationals around the world through the EB-5 visa program and preparing and filing I-526 and I-829 petitions. He also assists foreign nationals in establishing start-up businesses in the United States and advises employers in obtaining temporary work visas and permanent residency for current and prospective employees.
Kunal Mehra is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of SW India. He specializes in audit, business advisory, structuring, offshore services and advising on setting up businesses in India, serving many of the firm’s leading global clients. He is also the co-founder of SW in India, where the firm offers a range of services to global and domestic clients. SW was established in 2014 under the leadership of domain expert practice leaders. Kunal is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of experience in audit under IGAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, business advisory, tax structuring for cross-border transactions, offshore services and advising clients on setting up businesses in India. He has assisted clients across geographies including US, France, Spain, Germany, UK, Australia, Singapore, Japan and China.
He also led the team in conducting the audit and agreed procedures under Indian GAAP, IFRS reporting and US GAAP.
Saurrav Sood is the Practice Leader for SW India’s International Tax & Transfer Pricing Services division and has over 15 years of experience providing tax services to multinational companies, including Fortune 500 companies in the software development, real estate, renewable energy and hospitality industries.
He has worked closely with private as well as listed companies and has experience in international tax advisory and compliance in areas such as tax audits, transfer pricing policy setting, master files, CBCR compliance, transactional tax advisory, international tax advisory and other corporate tax advisory and compliance services. He has also been involved in providing tax litigation services to clients and has successfully argued matters before the High Courts, Tax Tribunals and tax authorities.
