Chelsea have reportedly “agreed personal terms” with Crystal Palace star and Manchester United frontrunner Michael Oliseh, while the Blues are “considering selling” their fellow forward.
Oliseh has attracted the attention of almost every big club in the Premier League. United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has his sights set on the Frenchman As one of the first signings at Old Trafford, Liverpool are interested in him as a long-term replacement for Mohamed Salah Pep Guardiola is also thought to be a big fan of his.
The 22-year-old was close to a move to Stamford Bridge last summer after Chelsea believed they had activated his £35million release clause, but Palace told him he would have to activate it himself.

According to the terms of his release clause, Palace would have had to agree a minimum fee of £35 million for Oliseh to sell, and Oliseh would have passed that information on to Chelsea to see if they were willing to pay that amount.
Oliseh eventually signed a new four-year contract at Selhurst Park but Palace are said to be furious at Chelsea’s attitude in negotiations.
Chelsea in talks with Palace over release clause
His new release clause is thought to be £60 million, which may be a stretch for the Blues given PSR concerns, but Give Me Sports They now claim to have “agreed personal terms” with the winger.
The report says Chelsea are now “making progress towards securing his signature and are in negotiations with Palace over the schedule for paying his release clause.”
The deal is still far from complete and other interested parties could make an offer before Chelsea, but it represents a “big step forward” for the Blues in their bid to sign Oliseh.

A replacement for Nkunku?
He could be a potential replacement for Christopher Nkunku, who joined Chelsea last summer but was plagued by injuries and played just 514 minutes in his debut season in west London.
Saudi Arabia has also attracted interest in the 26-year-old Nkunku, who Chelsea signed from RB Leipzig for £52million, and the report says the Blues are keen to keep him in the hope that he will “become a key player” under manager Enzo Maresca, but “will consider selling if a significant offer comes in”.
