Mangalore: Milagres College in collaboration with the Faculty of Commerce, Faculty of Business Administration and Faculty of Computer Applications organized Samanvay 2024, a one-day international level conference on “Digital Entrepreneurship with Social Impact” on June 7, 2024.

The lamp lighting ceremony was held at 9 am to mark the opening ceremony. Mr. Abhilash Kshatriya, CEO, Wisdom Institutions Network, Mangalore, Fr. Michael Santumayor, Principal and Correspondent, Ms. Chesana Kumari, IQAC, Dr. Asha Jyoti, convener of the conference, and other faculty members appeared on stage. Mr. Abhilash Kshatriya delivered the keynote address.
The lecturer for the first technical session was Dr Ashalatha S Suvarna, former Principal of Sri Gokarnanatheshwara College, Mangalore.
Dr Hareesh B, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Computer Applications, St. Joseph’s College of Technology, Mangalore, was the lecturer for the second technical session.
The event was moderated by Rev. Dr. Sandeep Theophile, Assistant Professor, Karnataka Theological College and Chancellor, Karnataka University of Commerce and Professional Studies, and Shivani R. Baliga, Assistant Governor, Rotary International District 3181.
Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Ms. Grancia Fernandez welcomed the participants and Dr. Asha Jyoti offered the vote of thanks.
