Speaking of which, a viral video shows a makeshift pani puri stand being set up outside The Curry Corner, an Indian restaurant in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
In the video, the food stall owner enthusiastically recommends pani puri to passersby. As curious people stop to try it, the stall owner proudly introduces the dish and reminds them that it is an Indian street food. The first person to stop for pani puri asks if they have to eat the entire puri in one bite. The stall owner tastes it and says, “It’s very refreshing and delicious.”
