Who is MrBeast?
Jimmy Donaldson, a native of Wichita, Kansas, rose to fame with his fast-paced videos packed with challenges and giveaways. He was just 13 years old when he started his YouTube channel in 2012. But in 2017, one of his videos garnered more than 10,000 views in just a few days.
During his time on YouTube, Donaldson has won numerous prestigious awards, including Creator of the Year, an award he won four years in a row. In 2023, Time magazine named him one of the 100 most influential people in the world. He also made Forbes’ list of the highest-paid YouTube creators of 2022.
Last month, Donaldson challenged the CEO of T-Series to a boxing match, sharing a photo showing the number of subscribers to their respective channels. “I challenge the CEO of T-Series to a boxing match,” Donaldson wrote.

PewDiePie vs T-Series
Felix Kjellberg, a Swedish YouTuber popularly known as PewDiePie, was the highest-paid YouTuber in the world. Known for his video game commentaries, he overtook T-Series to become the most-subscribed YouTuber. However, in 2017, Disney decided to cut ties with him, following which the YouTuber removed a video that contained references to Nazis.
During the feud between PewDiePie and T-Series, MrBeast purchased several billboards, TV and radio ads to help PewDiePie gain more subscribers than T-Series.
