The Ambanis on Friday celebrated the first birthday of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta’s daughter, Baby Veda, aboard the luxury cruise ship that is currently hosting Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations.
According to the schedule for the four-day pre-wedding celebrations, Friday was earmarked for the birthday celebration. The event, titled “Alone in the Sun,” was scheduled to run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The dress code for the gala was “playful.”
Veda Ambani is the second child of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta. Their son Prithvi was born in December 2020.
Mukesh and Nita Ambani have four grandchildren – Prithi, Veda, Krishna and Aadhya. Krishna and Aadhya are twins of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal.

The Ambanis will be hosting a lavish pre-wedding celebration for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Europe this week. The four-day celebrations will take place on a luxury cruise ship that will call at Italian and French cities including Rome, Cannes and Portofino.
Iconic American boy band Backstreet Boys reportedly performed for VIP guests on the ship on Wednesday.

When is Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding?
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant will be getting married on July 12 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. The celebrations will take place over three days, from July 12 to 14. Besides the main wedding, there will also be a Shubh Aashirwad (divine blessing) day. Mukesh Ambani and family will host a reception for the young couple on the third day.
