Mr. Rude’s academic background laid the foundation for his success. He received his Executive Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership with honors from the Jack Welch Institute of Management in 2017. Previously, he earned his associate’s degree in computer science and bachelor’s degree in information technology from Sullivan University. His certifications include his designation as a DEIB instructor from LionHeart HR, and his designation as a recertified provider from SHRM in 2023, and in 2020 he received his designation as a DEIB instructor from Maxwell Leadership. Professional in his training and coaching, and also certified in behavior analysis from Innermetrix Incorporated.
Beyond his professional activities, Mr. Rude is deeply involved in the community through volunteer work with various organizations and coaching during track season. These activities not only reflect his commitment to civic engagement, but also enhance his influence on those around him. On a personal note, Rude maintains balance by spending time strategizing, reading, watching action movies, and coaching track.
