Food Truck Friday is back at Logan Middle School.
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) – Friday food trucks are back at Logan Middle School.

Some of the best food trucks in the area provided delicious treats to middle school students, staff, and community members.
Organizers said the event was about more than just good food. The children also had the opportunity to find out what’s going on in the restaurant industry and what it means to own a business.

“Students get to really hear how the whole process of starting a business works for them,” said Logan Middle School business teacher Dylan Meyer. “It’s so great to see the struggles they go through, the benefits of doing it, and the inspiration the students receive.”
The owner of Woodshed Mobile Wood Fired Pizza says food trucks are the future of the culinary world.
“If you’re up for a challenge, buy a food truck,” says Tom Babler. “It’s fun. I get to meet a lot of great people and work outdoors. It’s great.”

A portion of the proceeds from Food Truck Friday will go directly to Career and Technical Education (CTE) at Logan Middle School.
